- Government ID verification before your first booking.
- Compliance with local hosting rules (licences, taxes, safety).
Pricing & payouts
netStay charges a transparent service fee split between traveler and host. Payouts are released within 24 hours of check-in via our payments partner. Long stays can be paid in monthly instalments.
