What we collect: account details (name, email), profile information you provide, booking requests, messages between travelers and hosts, payment metadata via our payments partner, and basic device/analytics data.
Why we collect it: to run the marketplace, verify identities, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
Sharing: hosts and travelers see the information needed to complete a stay. Payment processing is handled by our regulated payments partner. We never sell personal data.
