netStay is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent hosts. Listing information is provided by hosts and reviewed according to our stated processes. Local accommodation, housing, tax and licensing rules vary and hosts are responsible for complying with applicable requirements.
Bookings: a request is a proposal to stay. A booking is only confirmed after the host accepts and payment is processed.
Payments & refunds: processed by our payments partner. Refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy and our extenuating-circumstances rules.
Host responsibilities: hosts must accurately describe their space, verify their identity, follow local hosting rules and honour confirmed bookings.
Traveler responsibilities: travelers must introduce themselves truthfully, respect house rules and pay for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
netStayCouch: free stays are governed by the same community standards. netStay is not liable for private arrangements made outside the platform.
Removals: netStay can suspend accounts that violate the community standards.
